Latin America Christmas Dinner Party at Wyndcliffe Court

Wyndcliffe Court and Head Chef Alexander Brown invite you to an evening of live music, dinner party games, cocktails and a culinary journey through latin America.
 
Previously of The Little Yellow Door, Notting Hill Gate and Brixton Kaff Bar chef Alexander says: “I’m so excited to bring elements of my pop up concept bar home to the Wye Valley using authentic recipes from Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. This will be a relaxed and informed feast for your taste buds with local produce cooked with skill and respect”
 
The seven course menu will be served at in front of two open log fires, in the Oak Ballroom; its relaxed friendly atmosphere is the ideal location for an intimate culinary experience. The ticket price includes a 7 course culinary exploration of South America, an arrival cocktail, complimentary wine or beer with your meal, and music and entertainment throughout the night.
Inspired costumes are optional!

Herb salt cured bavette of beef
Served on burnt butternut squash puree, chimichurri, pink pickled onion with caramelised peanuts
 
Duck and Mango Escabeche Confit duck, fresh mango, herbs and spices served with queso fresco, red salsa on a bed of  refried black beans on tostada base
 
Soup
 Sopa da Lima Chicken and prawn soup with a bisque base, served with fresh avocado, prawn, chicken, lime and coriander
 
Main
Chipolte glazed pulled lamb belly on sweet corn polenta with pebre salsa and lamb crackling
 
Dessert
Spiced chocolate ganache and salted caramel tartlet

Mint, Tequila Avocado and Lime panna cotta
 
Brazilian banana benye with banana caramel
